The Modesto Gospel Mission is committed to serving the Lord by meeting the physical, spiritual, emotional, social, educational, and vocational needs of the poor and homeless. We receive no government support, are not a United Way agency, and depend completely on donations from individuals, groups, businesses, foundations, and churches.
Regular monthly, quarterly, or annual support ensures that every man, woman, boy and girl will receive the help they need. You can also bequest through your will, or give a gift of appreciated stock or other assets.
Meal and Shelter Sponsor - Through the love and compassion of this sponsorship, homeless men, women, boys and girls have a place to go for a warm, safe bed, and a nutritious meal.
New Life Program Sponsors - You can help individuals to become productive members of society, assets rather than liabilities.
Education and Employment Sponsors - You can help adults get the education and learn the skills necessary to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness.
Keep the Light Burning Sponsor - The Neon Cross that lights the way for countless individuals to find relief from suffering and despair is kept glowing by the sponsors who choose to underwrite the general operating costs involved in operating a 2 block campus.
