Drives and Benefits

Canned Food Drive - Collect food in your neighborhood, at your job, or in your church. The Mission can supply barrels if necessary.

Clean your Closet Drive - Good used clothing is given away every day of the year.

Welcome Kits - Include basic necessities such as deodorant, a comb and brush, toothbrush and toothpaste, and other hygiene items in a ziplock baggie as a welcome gift.

School Supplies Drive - Bookbags, pens, pencils, notepads, composition books, binders, uniforms.

Sweater & Coat Drive - As the weather gets cooler, we turn our attention to warmth.

"Souper" Bowl - Take advantage of Super Bowl Sunday to collect $$$$ in soup kettles for donation to the Mission.

Toilet Paper Shower - Have your group bring paper products to the next meeting.

Scavenger Hunt - Conduct a scavenger hunt to collect various new and used items that are needed at the Mission. Call for a fun list.

Medicine Chest - An opportunity to collect over-the-counter cold and flu medications, antacids, lotions, pain relievers, foot powders, etc., for the medical clinic.

The Great Cover-Up - Cover the homeless with new or good used blankets, pillows and sheet sets.

The Great Clean-Up - Collect bar soap, bath towels, bleach, and laundry detergent.

Undie Sunday or Undie Monday - Collect all sizes of NEW underclothing for men, women, boys and girls.

Now I lay me Down to sleep - Collect sleepwear for all ages and sizes.
